Mr. Filewych has significant experience working with executive team members to refresh their business strategy, blueprint new business capabilities and execute large transition programs to deliver new shareholder value. Chuck was formerly Managing Director of Accenture for Vancouver and a senior partner for Accenture’s global Enterprise Transformation practice.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Rispoli has 25+ years of consulting experience in the utilities and resources market space. He specializes in business transformation, business process improvement and systems implementations for gas and electric utilities.

Shawna has 20+ years of process improvement and project management experience at large corporate enterprises. She engages with all types of stakeholders and actively uses PMO best practices for business transformations involving new operating models.

Lama is a Management Engineering graduate with extensive experience working in the engineering and technology industry. With over 7 years of project management and data analysis experience, Lama has a proven track record of partnering with organizations to develop efficient and effective solutions.
Oghenebrorhie Emuophedaro
Business Process Analyst
Brorhie is a recent process engineering graduate with consulting experience in process engineering and business analysis. He co-designed, and led the testing and quality assurance of technical applications and training materials to build storm restoration capabilities.

Keith spent 25 years at Accenture in the Technology service line specializing in Architecture. He has led IT strategy projects and development teams, and designed Technical Architecture for enterprise systems (SAP, work management) web services.
